You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure the product remains unopened, and its packaging is undamaged to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

Defective or Damaged Items

Refunds

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
